Privacy Policy

SBK Community respects your privacy and collects only the information needed to operate the website, review events, respond to enquiries and understand anonymous site usage.

Information we collect

Contact and event-submission forms may collect your name, email address, phone number, event information and uploaded poster. Private administrator authentication information is used to protect SBK Studio. Privacy-conscious analytics record page activity, device category and general referral source without intentionally collecting names or email addresses.

Optional My Circle

Members who choose My Circle sign in, choose a display name, invite people and choose which event plans to share. Connected members can see only plans marked Interested or Going. Invitation links expire after seven days and can be used once. Members can remove a connection or delete their Circle profile, plans and invitations in the app. Private My Weekend saves stay on the device unless shared deliberately.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, verify and publish event listings, maintain site security, prevent spam and improve SBK Community. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and retention

Operational information is stored using the website’s protected database and media storage. Backups and administrator activity records are retained for safety and accountability. Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.

Cookies and similar technology

The public site does not use advertising cookies. Essential browser storage may be used to maintain an anonymous visit session and site functionality. Administrator sign-in uses necessary authentication technology.

Your choices

You may ask the SBK Community team to correct or remove information you submitted, subject to legal and operational requirements. Use the private Contact us form on the website.
